
Hi! I’m Jordann Kearns, and I’m passionate about helping people connect with technology in ways that feel comfortable and empowering.
How It All Started
My journey into tech support began with helping family. Like many of us these days, my mother and mother-in-law were both completely tangled up in online accounts, forgotten passwords, and old email addresses that seemed to multiply on their own. I sat down with each of them and together we sorted through everything, one account at a time. By the end, they felt relieved and empowered instead of overwhelmed.
She told her friends. They told their friends. And suddenly, I had a business.
It turns out there’s a real need in our community for patient, judgment-free tech support. Too many wonderful, capable people were feeling frustrated and left behind by technology that’s supposed to make life easier. I realized I could help.
What I Do
I provide personalized, in-home tech support for iPhone, iPad, and Mac computers. I come to you, work at your pace, and never make you feel rushed or silly for asking questions. Technology should work for you, not the other way around.
One of my favorite parts of this work is helping families preserve their histories. Whether it’s organizing photos, creating digital albums, or setting up ways to share memories with loved ones, I love being part of those meaningful projects.

I believe in building real connections with my clients. When I meet you, I want to hear your stories, understand your needs, and find solutions that actually fit your life. I’m not here to overwhelm you with technical jargon or rush through explanations. I’m here to help you feel confident and capable.

I also work as a photographer, specializing in headshots and capturing authentic moments. Like my tech work, I bring my services directly to you, making the experience as comfortable and convenient as possible.
